Terms and Conditions
Welcome to inLIFE Pilates Certification. By enrolling in our course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
1.1 The inLIFE Pilates Certification is offered as two options:
Online Only
In-Person & Online
1.2 All training for in-person courses is conducted at inLIFE Wellness Padstow Studio, 95 Gibson Ave, Padstow NSW.
1.3 Online-only participants will complete all components remotely, including final assessment submissions.
2. Course Duration
2.1 You have up to 6 months from the date of enrolment to complete all course requirements, including online modules, practical activities, and assessments.
2.2 Extensions may be granted at the discretion of inLIFE Wellness. To request an extension, email education@inlifewellness.com.au.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 Payment plans are available for select enrolments. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in restricted access to course content.
3.2 Fees are non-refundable except in accordance with our Refund Policy (see Section 4).
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
4.2 Refunds are not available after this period or if significant course content has been accessed.
4.3 To request a refund, email education@inlifewellness.com.au with your enrolment details and reason for the request.
5. Course Requirements
5.1 Participants must complete the following to obtain certification:
All online modules and associated quizzes.
Class participation hours (30 hours).
Class observation hours (10 hours).
Practice teaching hours (30 hours).
Final assessment: a 30-minute Reformer Pilates session delivered in-person or via video submission.
5.2 Access to a Reformer Pilates machine is required for practical activities. Participants are responsible for arranging this.
5.3 Logbooks must be submitted on the designated in-person training day or via email for online-only students.
6. In-Person Training (For In-Person & Online Students)
6.1 In-person training is held over two weekends and includes a "Hub" session for additional support.
6.2 Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled training days.
6.3 If you are unable to attend, rescheduling options may be available, subject to availability and additional fees.
7. Assessment and Certification
7.1 Final assessment involves delivering a 30-minute Reformer Pilates session, which must include lower, upper, and core exercises.
7.2 Online participants must submit their session as a video, accompanied by a written class plan.
7.3 In-person participants will deliver a component (or the full session) during the final training day.
7.4 Certification is granted upon successful completion of all course requirements.
8. Support and Mentoring
8.1 Participants can contact our support team via email at education@inlifewellness.com.au or through comments within the online course platform.
8.2 Additional mentoring sessions with senior instructors are available for an extra fee and may count towards teaching hours.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All course materials, including videos, manuals, and workbooks, are the property of inLIFE Wellness and are for personal use only.
9.2 Participants are not permitted to share, reproduce, or distribute course materials without prior written consent.
10. Privacy Policy
10.1 By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of course delivery, assessment, and support.
10.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
11.1 inLIFE Wellness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
