We also provide regular check-ins from the education team to ensure you’re on track, and you’ll receive a comprehensive guide to help map out your progress and complete the course within four months. For in-person participants, the studio training days are a fantastic opportunity to ask questions, receive mentorship, and refine your skills in a positive and supportive environment.

Unfortunately, we are only training in person in NSW for now, but our online course and support is your best option if you can't make it to Sydney.

All training is held at the inLIFE Wellness Padstow Studio (95 Gibson Ave, Padstow NSW).

To receive your certification, you must complete the following:

Online Requirements: Successfully complete all online modules and quizzes.

Logbook Completion: Document and submit 10 observation hours, 30 class participation hours, and 30 practice teaching hours, along with your assessment class plan.

Practical Assessment:

For in-person participants, you will deliver a 30-minute Reformer Pilates session during the final training day.

For online-only participants, you must submit a 30-minute video of yourself instructing a Reformer Pilates session.

All assessments will be reviewed, with feedback provided. You will be notified if you have passed or if resubmission is required.

Most people complete the program and are ready to teach classes within 4-6 months.

You will need to submit an assessment video of you taking someone, or a small group of people, through a 30-minute Reformer Pilates session. Send the video to us and our team will evaluate it, provide feedback and issue your final certification.

For online-only students, a digital certificate will be provided upon successfully completing all course requirements. In-person participants will receive both a printed certificate and a digital copy after completing and passing the course.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of enrolling in the course, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

Refunds After 14 Days: Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or if you have accessed a significant portion of the course content.
